The thing with Brolly is that he is THE legendary Super Saiyan, he is where all the legends come from and whats neat about him is that he's unique amongst every other Saiyan we have ever seen. For the one thing, he's psychotic, he's the first and ONLY insane Saiyan we have ever come across.

He's also a sadomasochist, he thrives on pain and being hulked out as he is makes it harder to beat him. The thing with his hating Goku is more genuine then anyone, even Vegeta. Brolly was an infant next to Goku and all of his crying and whining not only made Brolly insane, but it made him go Super Saiyan.

The fact Brolly could remember something from the age of an infant for so long that it damaged his brain and made him go so ballistic well into his adult years is amazing. Brolly is also the only DBZ character (outside of the main cast) to appear 3 times. Cooler only appeared twice.

Isn't Brolly also the only one who can go super sayin while still possessing his tail? I'm pretty sure I seen in one of the movies that I seen bits and pieces of he still had a tail. Or is the whole theory of having to lose a tail to go SS just a misconception?

Anyone can become a Super Saiyan whether you have a tail or not. Goku was reduced to a child's age in GT and his tail was regrown and he was able to go SSJ 4 which is the ultimate evolution of the Saiyan's transformation history. Brolly still has his tail and he still was able to go Super Saiyan.

Now Brolly is the only one we have SEEN going SSJ with a tail but that doesn't mean Goku or the others couldn't have gone SSJ without losing their tail. So long as your body is at its peak power and you experience some extremely powerful, emotional event, you can transform into a Super Saiyan.

Goten and Trunks were able to do it because both their fathers could have been able to do it and the gene became more common in their genetics. Future Trunks and Gohan were born before their fathers went SSJ, so naturally it was hard for them to go SSJ just like their dads had to.

That makes sense. I remember when I was really into DBZ I used to look up sites for info on stuff like that. I would that prerequisites for going SSJ where anything from having a power level of at least 10,000 and any and all tails must be removed.

It was hard to decipher fact from fiction with most DBZ websites. Usually what they would do is one site would create or find a source of information on DBZ characters and facts and then all the other sites would simply copy that information and put it on their sites. Everyone just took the easy way out.

It was hard to learn the basics of anything about the Saiyans, actually they have a lot of complex traits and features.

That's what Ebay and DVD online websites are for .

Especially with the newly released remastered Dragon Ball Z season sets, they have up to season 3 out now and they should be releasing season 4 early 2008.

You can pick them up in stores or on almost any online website.
