I think the only thing that actually irked me about this movie, outside of the fact this is essentially the last BIG hurrah for Fosters was the fact that I felt a little saddened that they didn't show a patch up scene between Mac, Frankie and the others. Granted she was under a lot of stress at that time and she had every right to be upset like she was because let's face it: those things needed to be said.

But I always felt Mac was the one kid she could trust and be genuine with and I was just a little disappointed to not see them have a visually proper apology with each other or something. As far as the Face goes, I was under the personal assumption that his previous kid did not create him and that he was some just found in the attic like some sort of mystical, magical chest thing.

Kind of like Jumanji, it was made by god knows who and fell from person to person to person. Of course I could be wrong and probably missed it if they said the previous kid did create the chest and the Face but that's just a theory of mine.

They didn't say who actually created the "World" Imaginary Friend, or the toybox universe, for that matter. We don't know if the little kid seen in the beginning did, or if he/she just came into possession of the thing.

I, too, was a bit disappointed that there was no "patch-up" scene. Frankie should have figured that if the guys were willing to risk their lives for her, there was a LOT more to it than them just wanting her to come back and do stuff at the house for them.
