What Year Was Foster's Founded? - Never Forgotten: a Foster's Home Community

If we've talked about this in the past I don't remember. A fan sent me an email asking when I think Foster's was founded and I have no clue! What do you guys think?

I calculated the year it aired(2004) to the Foster's THroughout The Years pictures(34) and I believe that it was founded in 1970.

I don't recall the subject ever coming up. Kind of surprising. 1970 or maybe 1969 sounds like a good guess.
