Default Cartoon Network VP Jennifer Davidson dies

Jennifer Davidson, who only three months ago was promoted to Vice President of Programming and Scheduling at Cartoon Network, died Saturday (12/1) of a sudden illness. She was only 38.

Davidson helped launch Boomerang and Adult Swim and was in charge of the production of CN specials and on-air promotions. She was a wife and a mother of three.

That's a sad thing to hear, Adult Swim is a huge success. My thoughts go to the three kids she left behind.

Jeez, that's terrible. What a horrible thing to happen to someone so young, with a family, so near to the holidays, and unexpectedly. And right after such an awesome promotion. Now I'm all upset. I wish a lot of strength on her family and friends.

It's terribly sad what happened to this woman. Kinda makes me wonder how CN's going to continue on without her.

This is horrid, horrid news. My condolences to her family and friends.

Her youngest child is only 2.

Yeoch. What a horrible time of year for that to happen. I mean, anytime is a bad time for death but around the Holiday's it's like ten fold for hurt.
