i was watching the fosters movie house of bloos and abould 20min into the movie when wilt is giving the tour he goes inot to the padded room but i coulding make out what he was saying

"Rumpus Room" is what I think he said.

Yeah, Wilt calls it a "rumpus room", which is an old term for a room that can be used for rough-housing and "wild" play without damaging furniture or decorations and while minimizing risk of injury. Schools and some houses with kids used to have such a room so the kids(or adults)could go "let off steam" without getting hurt.
