RIP: Gary Coleman
Former child star Gary Coleman (Diff'rent Strokes--NBC, 1978-85) has died of a brain hemmorhage at age 42.

I'm very sorry to hear this. However, I have to say it - when they say brain hemmorhage...well, isn't that basically a stroke? I'll bet people are making tasteless "different strokes" remarks. :/

The news just broke to me 10-15 minutes ago. He was much too young, so sad. RIP Gary.

I know he had some problems, but it's still sad to see him go. When I heard he was in a coma, I had a feeling we'd end up hearing news like this. R.I.P.

People with a brain hemorrhage are less likely to survive than those with a stroke (most that survive one deal with some sort of disability for life). Not too long ago, rock musician Bret Michaels survived a brain hemorrhage he had earlier in the spring. Coleman was not so fortunate. Sad to see him go.
