Sounds like maybe a secret birthday party that Mac doesn't want Bloo to come to because he'll just humiliate him again. Still a "surprise" party, but it's the best friend not in the surprise rather than the birthday boy. Just my ponderings.
 It sounds like another fun one, I'm looking forward to it.
