Well, good for you. The guy I like is one of my best friends, and he's really shy and quiet. He wouldn't be able to keep up with me because I'm so hyper when I'm around friends, even if it's someone I like. I'm pretty sure he doesn't have a clue that I like him as more than a friend. Turns out I'm really good at keeping secrets if they're threatening to my image, which was horrible to begin with.
