"Dream Quest" is awesome, but my favorite is definitely "The Case of Charles Dexter Ward."
I love reading his stuff (how does he come up with this stuff?), but the main problem I have with them is that he obviously thinks his stories are terrifying when they're not, at least not anymore. The only story that really worked as horror for me was "The Rats in the Walls". Anyway, have fun with your reading!
