Y'know what'd be funnier (to me)? If only Bloo knew. If Frankie or Mac found out, they'd be much more competent at doing something about it, and would be able to convince others to help them. But what would you do if you had Bloo screaming at you that the cleaners were burgulars? It'd sound like one of his stories. So he'd have to try to stop them themselves. Cue hilarity.

Of course, the more I think about it, the more I think your way would work, too. I just wouldn't like the plot revolving around everyone ignoring Frankie and Mac's valuable opinions.
