someone help me ive lost bloo in the beuty pagent quest!!! i dont know where he went

Click the "?" icon in Notey. Then look at the "Say Again" text box in the bottom of the page. If Bloo switched places during the adventure, he definitely said it at some point.

I believe he's waiting for you in the front yard if I remember correctly.
