I know somewhere in a thread here I saw someone ask for (and get) help with this game but for the life of me I can't find where ...

On Lvl 2 (game 2 that is) I can't seem to get past level 4 .. There seems to be no possible way of getting anywhere. I'm sure there's something really obvious I'm missing, but can anyone offer me any help? I feel like a real dumb-ass just trying the same few things & getting killed every time.

I'd really appreciate any tips/hints/help anyone can offer.

I think what you're talking about is HERE. If that's not it, let me know and I'll replay that game to try and figure it out. It's been a while since I've played it, so I don't recall offhand.

I found that thread by putting "Raiders" in the Search this Forum area. It was on page two.

That looks like exactly what I'm after - I knew I'd seen it before, but couldn't seem to find anything when I searched for "raiders" ... Oh well, I'll give that a shot, thanks heaps!
