That Brad Pitt doesn't get enough credit. I mean he is one incredible actor. Had it not been for the fact that he got top billing I probably wouldn't have recognized him. This is on incredible and underrated movie that also features brilliant turns by Michelle Forbes, David Duchovny and Juliette Lewis. Another one of the hidden gems of the '90s.

Sorry to be contrary but The Best Damned Misical ever is THE Music Man the older BW version. it was a fantastic movie, and the BEST musical EVER..... If you have not seen this it is a MUST,,, I also enjoy watching the Blues brothers, but the second one just did not keep up with expectations Monty ![]() |

I finally saw The Simpsons Movie last night! I can't even express in words how pleased I was with it. I loved it! I'm sitting there laughing out loud the whole time.
I liked the little jab made at the audience in the beginning, with Homer saying why would people pay to see something in a movie theatre when they can just watch it on TV. Oh, and I like the "Fox advertising" they did on the bottom of the screen It's little things like that that make me laugh. |

Hot Fuzz
I finally got around to seeing this movie and boy it was so worth it. While not as "universally" applicable as "Shaun of the dead", this movie not only kept me laughing but kept me guessing. It was surprisingly much smarter, fresher, and more creative then I expected and GOREY too. I sure didn't expect that. Great movie, very funny and very smart. I recommend paying close attention though, the only problem with the movie is you gotta keep close watch on it because there's a lot of smart stuff coming at you fast.

Which one? Not like it matters though, they're all fun movies to watch.
