Ok, this is my tip if you get to the helmet adventure: Just dont't finish the adventure. You can still do you're duties when the Citizenship bar is full. You can still do the Favors. If you get 9 favors done (the whole bar), you can unlock a minigames without an adventure. Finish the Helmet Adventure when the glitch is fix. That's what I'm going to do when I get to the Helmet Adventure. Hope that helps.

If you chose to not to the Helmet Adventure at all, you can still do the duties even though you bar is full (I think). You can still do the Favors.
