My last duty of the day was 'collect shampoo samples at the mall' - I've been through the entire mall and I'm not finding anything - anybody know what I'm looking for?

I had the same duty today too! You have to go to the carts outside the mall.

How Do you get the citizenship from the duty ?

You get citizenship from doing the duty. After you have finished the duty, your citizenship bar will fill one section. It can fill at least three sections per day if you visit every day

Your question is totally out of place. Try making a new topic instead of randomly posting somewhere. For more answers to your questions - Read Notey withing the game. After you are logged in press N and it be Notey. Read the tutorial!!!!!!! (Click on the "?" on the left side, I believe. Could be wrong though.)
