Treasure hunt - Never Forgotten: a Foster's Home Community

I am on an adventure with Bloo to look for a treasure, but I can't find the shovel anyone know where it is.
I have looked in the planthouse in the back and every where I think it might be, but can't find, help anyone??

I had that same problem, trying to find the shovel. I finally found it but honestly cannot remember where. Try all the rooms where a shovel may be stored: 2nd floor maintenance room, 5th floor storage room, and rooms in the basement. Sorry I cannot give more help than this. I do remember that it was not outside.

I hope it helps you find it. I know I hate when Bloo says to get something but does not even hint at where the item may be. Some things are no brainers but other items you just have to think about where they would be. I know I checked the greenhouse twice looking for that blasted shovel. Good luck and if you get the chance, post where you found the shovel. It may help others who also get stuck.
