A Frankie at the DPS (or DMV as they seem to be called in every other town) episode has real potential. Good thought Cassini.

I'll have to ponder potential titles, I'm sure something clever could be developed.

That episode could have Bloo trieing to get a license as sub-plot too or maybe Ed.

Maybe Coco could be the star next to Frankie because she has a licance too.

That would be hillarious if Coco ends up being Frankie's driveing instructor if she had to take a driveing test again.

parallel parking is really really easy. I don't know why people make such a big deal about it.

I saw World Wide Wabbit today: Frankie is so great, laughing her ass off at that Herriman video, the maniacal glint in her eye when she held up the disks...hilarious!
