EBay. The last time they popped up was over a year ago. When this set became available I grabbed them without stopping to think about it.

The backsides are completely blank; they're cheaper to produce that way.

That's because they were never available in stores, from what I've read. I think they were found at Comic-Con in the year the show premiered.
