We first see Terrence the morning after the Applegates adopted Duchess, half-asleep in his PJ's in the kitchen waiting for his toaster pastries to be done. They pop up in the middle of a rare silence from next door, but it doesn't last long. Mom declares that if this doesn't stop, they're moving, and storms out of the room. Mac, worried, looks for reassurrance that she just means they'd move a short distance away in the same town, but Terrence sees an opportunity to be obnoxious and boldfaced lies to Mac, saying that Mom told him earlier that she intends to move them to "Zingapore". Mac corrects him ("Singapore") and Terrence continues, saying that it's in Wisconsin. Mac corrects him again ("Malaysia"), and falls hook line and sinker for the lie.

We don't see Terrence again until the following morning, after Mac and Bloo have kidnapped Duchess. He's sitting on the couch playing a Gameboy Advance, and when he asks them what they're doing carting a trussed-up Duchess around, Mac blurts that they have to break Duchess back into Foster's. Vowing to stop them, Terrence tries to beat them to Foster's. He trips headfirst into a patch of wet cement, but he still beats them there, and has a war conference with Frankie, Mr. Herriman, and Madame Foster. They plan to do everything in their power to keep Duchess out of Foster's. Terrence ends up on the roof with everyone else armed with fruits and vegetables; and when Mac and Bloo arrive with Duchess, helps the citizens of Foster's to ward the "invaders" off.

After their defeat, Mac asks the others if Terrence had told them about them "moving to Singapore," on which note Terrence makes a speedy exit.
