Pinecone Cola - Never Forgotten: a Foster's Home Community

You knew his name since the new Gallery of Friends as part of the Season 2 DVD, because of that, nothing is known about him. I recall the only time he had ever had lines throughout the entire series is back in "Crime After Crime", I forgot what he sounds like nor what accent he had, but I do remember him running away crying in this episode, it may also be the only time he had ever cried throughout the entire series. I see him with a crow-like beak(Because he's part crow), 15 Dinosaur-like plates on his back, a narrow body, bat-like wings(Like Mabel Licorice, except they are slightly larger and vertically lined.), a very narrow tail, bird-like feet, reptile-like arms, and he wears shorts with little hearts on them.

Sorry for the double post but I didn't know his voice sounded exactly like Jake Spidermonkey from My gym Partner's a Monkey.
