Where did Goo go? - Never Forgotten: a Foster's Home Community

I'm doing an adventure with Bloo, the one whereby he throws a slumber party for Mac.
It comes to a point whereby I have to talk to Goo to get a heart-shaped object for Madame Foster's Squeegee Board.
But Goo is not at the lobby.
Where could she be?

I've searched every room on every floor at Foster's.
She's just not there. Anyone know where she can be found apart from the lobby?

Reread everyone's dialogue in Notey (I think you click the pencil icon). If Goo is not in her usual place then they would have said "go find Goo at so-and-such-a-place". So go reread it and it'll tell you where she is.

They didn't say anything about her location, but I found her anyway.
She was in the frontyard, at the top corner, near the pavillion.
