What worries me is that Craig already has one character who appeals to preschoolers from the original series that he might, in theory, add to the cast, and I for one would prefer not to have to deal with the little yellow pest ever again.

New Update
Looks like we got a new update on the series!
Today at Annecy Festival it was revealed that the Spin-Off has been greenlit and will be called "Fosters Imaginary Nursery" and Bloo will be animated in CGI. I feel like CGI is an odd choice to use on Bloo, but I could see them pulling it off. Either way, I'm definitely excited for new Foster's content after all this time! |

Another Update!
Looks like Annecy has come once again, giving us more news on the upcoming spinoff! It appears the show has been renamed yet again, this time to “Foster’s Funtime for Imaginary Friends”, personally I prefer this over "Foster's Imaginary Nursery".
"Creator of “Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends,” is back with a completely new original series targeting pre-schoolers. In it, a now-young group of preschool imaginary friends learns from an immature elder friend, Bloo, who, as in the original, still unintentionally gets things wrong. McCracken has promised the same fast pace but a fun, simpler structure and less cynical humor. Only Bloo and Madame Foster return." Source Also included in the source is our first piece of key art for the show, I think this style looks really nice! |

Very glad the "Foster's Imaginary Nursery" moniker got ditched haha
it looks... interesting; not sure how I feel about the mix of 2D/3D but it's hard to judge from a single image. Man, it still doesn't feel real though. The original series feels like it aired a lifetime ago ;o;

Here we go again!
Hopefully they'll tone him down or at least not use him as much this time round... that was the problem with him in the original series, Cheese was hilarious the first time round but they used him WAY too much as it progressed.
