I decided to try using Paint, and I guess it didn't turn out too bad. Ugh, I still can't draw feet...
Well, it's not winning the house presidency exactly, but she's sure happy about something she's reading in that letter...  As for who the letter's from, well, who do you think it should be from?

Thats a really good drawing on paint! I always have a hard time drawing on that program...
