Undisputed Ruler of Terrencania

![]() While I found the episode entertaining and I have nothing against it, I just prefer a "regular" Foster's ep I guess, showing the characters in "real life" as it were, rather than basically the entire ep being something make-believe. I'm NOT saying I don't think they should have made the ep, I'm just saying I prefer eps in a more standard format.
But I did love the monkey hand turning the book page...that was classic.

![]() I thought the heavy pop culture references worked really well in context. Of course Bloo's story is going to draw from whatever movies or TV he thinks are cool. Heaven forbid all episodes become this reference-conscious. There's too many "Family Guy" clones as it is.
This wasn't just a good episode, it was needed. Most recent episodes have made Bloo an irritant to somebody else's issues. This one put him and his way of thinking in the center. We get a clear image of what he thinks of everyone in the house, most of it fairly positive. Once it becomes clear that "The Creator of Everything Good in the Universe" is Mac, and that Bloo is spinning some event, it also becomes a game to see what Bloo is really trying to tell Mac: that he got in a lot of trouble and broke Mac's toy. Note: There's nothing indicating Wilt, Eduardo, or Coco were grounded. Heck, Bloo and Mac appear in enough other rooms it's not clear Bloo was grounded. |

![]() MASTERFUL episode. "So sue me!" is probably the hardest I've ever laughed at any Foster's gag ever.
One question, though: did the opening scene seem to lack a narration to anyone else? I didn't see it right away, but Mac stating Bloo had already said all that "In a world..." stuff during the motorbike presentation when it had actually been silent kinda made me wonder. ![]() This was a awesome episode! "So sue me" is like the best line in Foster's! Also Wilt using jedi mind control on Ed was hilarious!
This episode is definitely one of the top 10 best ones. |

![]() I don't get why "So sue me" was so funny.
And I agree with sparky that regular episodes are better.

![]() This episode is probably my favorite for Season 5. I just loved everything about it, I don't even know where to start.
