He has veins, since he had bloodshot eyes in some episode I forgot, but I don't think the anatomy of IFs does have anything to it. Bloo's body can do whatever the joke or story requires.

Yeah I think it's left as something that's really not all that relevant. I mean, how does eduardo balance on those feet that are pretty much pancakes? Besides, explainig it would take away from the fun- this is pretty much same reason Bill Watterson never explained what the deal was with Hobbes.

Well he does have blood, or some kind of tick-drinkable fluid at least

Yeah, but I bet you if they ever needed him not to have blood for a joke, he'd be as empty as my savings account.
...Although one has to wonder what sort of joke it might be.

Well we know Imaginaries are supposed to be living, breathing beings. Therefore, they have to have blood, and that means having veins, if you really want to get scientific about it.
And yeah, someone mentions the ticks in that one episode, so it proves Bloo has blood. And how can something NOT have a spine and move around like that? I don't see how that's possible....

Cause he's imaginary! I mean, if he had a spine, he wouldn't really be a blob, eh? Eh? Know what I mean? I think you do.

Yeah, I know what you mean. But still. If he didn't have a spine or at least something that supports him when he stands, wouldn't he be oozing all over the floor like a worm?
