Wilt's more like my grandfather, since he considered it his life's purpose to wait on/help/clean up after others, and would have been insulted if not allowed to do so.

While we're on the subject, can someone please explain this toque blanche thing to me? Why are chefs required to wear a hat that looks goofier than the kind with the propeller? I mean, what's the deal?
