Since I'd like to sell homemade Foster's crafts myself, lol no its not against the rules.
And considering that the Foster's crew themselves have bought Foster's fanstuff on eBay before, you *could* go for it. But I'd understand if you'd rather play it safe.

Aw, yes, she's very cute. And I agree with what Sparky said on dA, with her ravishing red hair and green hoodie with her hood up, sitting on a "forest" floor, she looks like a little elf. No doubt one of the good ones, though.
