You must've thought about the middle of Act II, there, when Bloo and Cheese reenacted the opening scene, only Cheese said "Brother" instead of "Daddy".

I also like how Coco gets frustrated with Cheese's maniacal impersonation of her.

That really wasn't a impression of Coco, but more of wanting the Cocoa Pups saying "Cocoa cocoa cocoa" ad nauseum.
