is in the door (in the 3rd floor) which is in front of the elevator.

Yep. I have to agree. Even though there's a fireplace, and she hates the soot that comes from it, I think it's Duchess' room, too.

I did an adventure once and the room where

duchess is in was called"the tea room".

She moved there on a later update. I also think the pink room is Duchess' room, but I'll have to take another look at Mr H's room in the show, perhaps there's something to that. I think it's mostly the table with the covered plate that makes me think it must be Duchess' room, as Mr H takes his meals in the Dining Room, and she does not.
