I can't wait to go to the next Comic-Con. It sounds like so much fun.

Darn it. I wanted to go to the Newsies Rally and that, but
a. I'm broke b. I live on the east coast (not a problem for the Newsies Rally, but still) c. I cannot drive Therefore I cannot go, and I depend on people like Sparky and ORD who do go to post pictures, videos, and every stinking detail about it. -Marty

b. I live closer to the East Coast than the West Coast. I've seen folks from other continents attend the convention. Still, cost is an issue. c. Honestly, I don't think you necessarily need to drive in SD, because 1. it's more pedestrian-friendly than it is car friendly, and 2. I believe they have trolley services from the airport to the downtown area. Now, if you don't get a room in the Downtown area or in the Gaslamp Quarter, then you're more than likely going to need a car, which would be a bigger problem for you. Fortunately I have parents that would be willing to fly to San Diego for only one day, but San Diego is like an hour from where I live by plane, so yeah, distance can be a problem...

I really want to go next year, but I live all the way in New York. And cost would definetely be an issue seeing as that fall I'm starting college

I asked my mom if one day if I can ever go to Comic-Con (or at least San Diego). She said maybe...I dunno, I'll have to ask her. But I live in New York, so that might be a problem. If I ever went to San Diego, I'd have to fly there.
