She's referring to an app for cellphones.

Sounds like it was similar to this computer application.

Aw, I haven't used the desktop Blooregard since that first day. Frankly, I'm a little afraid of using it since I can't read the menus for it, and I'm afraid I'm either going to mess it, or my computer, up somehow. I can open and close it ok, though. It is a very amusing little app.

I can't uninstall it T_T I don't know the language, and when I try to uninstall it has some error message, so its guna be at the bottom right of my screen forever
