I second the motion. I'd love to see what Brigadier General Wilt (and I looked at the screengrabs from the ep when he was dressed as a soldier to check this: one star, which in the US Army is a Brig. General) would do in a prank war. <Mischivous grin>

Who knows? Maybe the nefarious and Evil Lord Snotzax Eenie Meanie Baron von McNasty will put in an appearance, with a brand new lampshade...er, I mean battle helmet, courtesy of Best Western or Motel Six!
