Just to prove that yes, the mass of tentacles and lumps is from Ultraman, and thus is the same as the previous monsters:

Good old Pedoreon/Pedoleon/Pedreon/Pedleon/Whatever.

That monster really reminds me of that episode of the Tick when Arthur turns into a monster made up entirely of tongues.

Unfortunately, Ridureyu, I can't think of an appropriate caption for that monster.
