Just came upon some new details about the game, which came directly from the Con. Thought I'd pass them along-

You won't have to travel long distances to get to do new adventures. There will be action basically everywhere in the game.

If the game is successful, a possible TV series might spin off from it

Unfortunately, it will not be free. There will be a fee to play, although the price hasn't been decided yet

The game will need to be installed on your PC, not played from your web browser

The game is set to be launched Summer of '08

Upsetting to hear it won't be free. In that case, I hope it's worth the money. I have my doubts about a TV series, too. But, I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
