Wally!
Where is he... have you seen him? He has a head like a lightbulb.
Before naughty Blooregard came along I'm thinking he was the house's prime trouble maker. He was central to the episode, The Big Picture, but I think think he is unique in that we don't actually meet him-was he adopted? He only appears on photos, in flashbacks and in Goo's mind- he walks along cheerfully but gets impatient when nothing happens to him- which reminded me a little of Sonic the Hedgehog. He is of course, a reference to the beloved children's character, Where's Waldo! (A book for bored kids a the library who hate reading! Funnily enough that characters name here in the UK is Wally! You must know who I mean- give it a try...http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/flash/waldo

Anyone notice that there are two Wally's? From Duchess of Wails, the brick wall with legs, and of course the "Wally" as discribed above.

hmm, not seen that one yet.
Where is Wally now? Adopted? I think Mr. H expelled him from the house.

Somehow, I don't think Herriman expelled Wally considering when Bloo pulled the same prank during the house photo, he wasn't.
However, unlike Bloo, Wally most likely didn't have an arrangement with Madame Foster. My theory is that Wally got adopted just before the house picture the year after the "mystery picture" which made everyone worry that it was part of Wally's scheme to ruin the house picture that year. When nothing happened, everyone assumed that Wally had been truely adopted and that was that until the first house picture after Bloo started living at Foster's. |

I say trouble maker, the kind that just messes around and plays practical jokes, of course, not like a cross between an intelligent Terrance and Bart Simpson!
Does Wally have the ability to talk? Or is he a mime?

In the gag reel that rolls during the credits of the episode "The Big Picture," Bloo actually runs into Wally on the street. Bloo fawns all over Wally, then asks him for tips on pranks. Wally replies, "I don't really do that anymore. I hurt a lot of people back then." Bloo gets all disappointed. Then Wally tells him it was really nice meeting him, and shakes hands. Of course, Wally is wearing a buzzer, and shocks the holy heck out of Bloo, leaving him in a crumpled heap on the sidewalk. Wally laughs, says "Gotcha!" and takes off. All Bloo is able to mumble from the ground is "Hilarious." Then it cuts out. Wally does talk, his voice actually reminds me a lot of Goofy. You can watch the episode with the gag reel on the Cartoon Network/Foster's website.

The Big Picture episode always scares me. Frankie and Madame Foster's faces in the photo just make me squirm.
