Blue Adventure Question about Octopus quest - Never Forgotten: a Foster's Home Community

In this adventure blue tells you to find a marker and I have no idea where to look. I've looked everywhere and still no marker.

That is one of the oldest adventures of Bloo and when you activate it you only have the lobby and the second floor available in the house, so the marker is in one of those floors.

This is also one of those that they don't tell you specifically that you have to ASK someone for the marker. So you are going to look in vain trying to find something laying on the floor. Ask someone in the Library and you'll get it.

I've been with an adventure with bloo for a few days now I kept looking at post seeing if I can find my answer but so far I haven't.. I am doing the

"Bloo wants to scare Eduardo by putting a fake octopus on his bed. It's up to you to build a giant octopus!"

and I can't seem to find the marker.. I also looked I think everywhere? but obviously not lol can anyone help? thanks!
