Default The Last Unicorn 25th Anniversary Edition DVD

I picked up a copy of this today at Fry's Electronics but I am returning it because GM told me that if I buy a copy from Peter S. Beagle's tribute site he actually gets a cut. You see, Mr. Beagle was pretty much shafted out of the profits made by the movie based on his book. You can read more about that at the above link. We saw Mr. Beagle at the Comic-Con last year, what an awesome man. It made me want to help him out, so I am going to get a signed copy of the new TLU DVD through this website. I just wanted to post this in case anyone else wants to give him a hand by following suit.

edit: The signed copies are $25 and the unsigned ones are $15. Mr. Beagle gets a cut whether its signed or not.

I bought a $5 copy a few years ago, without any special features and what not. I really wanna help support a man who gave my childhood a lot of wonderment and a bit of terror (red bull - eeeeeee!!) but I'm not sure... hrm.... I very well might.

This looks like a much cooler DVD than the other one (I have that too). That's why I grabbed it up when I saw it at Fry's. Good thing I hadn't opened it yet.

My signed copy came today:

It's signed on the jacket, on the cover, and on the disc. I decided not to have him sign my name though so its just his signature.
