Death Sentence

Dark, violent and amazingly emotional. I was expecting a flimsy, paper thin movie but I got a very well done and very VIOLENT movie. Bacon was great here and the music was incredible, an excellent movie, don't fall for the weak commercials on TV. Look at a trailer of it on the web, it's a VERY good movie.

Superbad. One of the years greatest comedies. I highly recommend it. Jonah Hill and Michael Cera are hilarious.

Blades of Glory on DVD.

It was, well...interesting. I thought it was pretty funny, but sometimes cheesy. Which isn't really bad all the time, I guess.

Watched a bunch of movies over the weekend:
Alien
It was good, but got boring at parts. Aliens was a much better movie.
The Terminator
A really good movie. But like Alien the sequel is much better.
T2-Judgement Day
Holy....What a great movie. I was blown away by this movie. The CGI's great for one of the first movies to use it. The end was sad too.
Jaws
What a classic. I watched it on TNT from a recording, so some of it was censored.
Bad Boyz-
Another great movie. Very funny & thrilling.
Bad Boyz II-
Like Aliens & T2 it's better than the second. Can't wait for BBIII, if there's one.

Halloween (2007)

As they say in basbeall, it's 3 strikes and your out. I usually give directors/actors 3 chances to not suck in movies before I give up on them, and at this point I've given up on Zombie's movies. While this is the best film he has made so far, that sadly really isn't saying much.

This movie loaded with the same unnecessary, repetitive swearing, overboard gore, and feels more like a rip off of the original "Friday the 13th" with a more polished look and different killer. The movie have some good points, but mostly it's still just too "Zombie styled". No major improvements really exist.

It had a few good points but in the end, it just feels like all Rob Zombie did was take the original Halloween film, run it through a "Rob Zombie" grinder and gave a more detailed origins to Michael Myers, that's about it.

There's Jaws sequels? But my therapist told me there's no Jaws sequels or Alien sequels beyond Aliens!

Your therapist is trying to protect you; the Jaws sequels were horrible.
