It would be an excellent idea. In truth it could work for a lot of the characters, but Frankie in particular, I think. We know very little about her past; this could make for a very moving story, which is exactly what I would want in a Frankie movie.

I never watched It's a Wonderful Life but the movies formula would work for a Frankie movie or episode.
