While I love FF IX a bit more than VII and have to agree with the majority of the sentiment here, I don't really think it's worth fighting over. I'm not trying to mod or anything, I'm just saying that possibly starting an actual argument that has the potential to get nasty in this thread isn't worth getting this thread closed over.

Just wanna say.

Yeah I agree with Nathander, let's try and keep it clean here people.

Oh and BTW to me the pinnacle of the Final Fantasy series was and forever will be Final Fantasy 6.

Thank you and good night.

In no certain order:

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (SNES)

Mischief Makers (N64... I doubt anyone else has heard too much on this game because it wasn't any sort of huge franchise, just a random game that Enix came out with before it merged with Squaresoft. Not perfect, but SO much fun! I could seriously play that game over and over and over again... and I have!)

Super Smash Bros. Melee (GCN)

Sonic 2 (Genesis)

Tetris (NES)

Sorry... no FF games. As a kiddo, I believe that I was never properly introduced to the franchise, so I never really latched onto it. I was always more of a Zelda girl anyhow.

Also, this isn't on my list, but did you guys know there was a Pink Floyd game for the Atari? I played it... and as much as I love Pink Floyd, it's still pretty boring! Hah, it NEVER gets ANY harder. It's seriously the same screen over and over again. I know I can't expect killer level design from the Atari, but still... they could have added more hammers or SOMETHING.

I loved Mischief Makers, and still have it for N64. However, I don't think Enix created it; I believe it was made by the primarily platformer-producing company Treasure.

Do not worry about that, I played FF1-3 but have not even seen any of the newer onse, besides I always thought Phantasy Star II was a mutch better game in comparison (although it got a bit borring since it was so looooong).

I have not even heard of most of the games that people mentioned. I guess I been out of tough with the Gaming world for a while.

Long Live PONG.

1. Kingdom Hearts (yeah the first one)

2. Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

3. Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

4. Kingdom Hearts 2

4 1/2. Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker

5. Pokemon Red (yeah, RED, one of the first ones)

I sense a pattern... there's a whole lot of zelda and Kingdom Hearts going on there.

It might have been created by Treasure, but I remember turning on the game and seeing a big green letter E with "enix" in all lowercase underneath it, so I know they had SOMETHING to do with it.

I still have it, too! I'm so glad someone else loves it! Hehe... "shake shake!" I love fighting the "Cerberus Alpha" wolf-man boss where you're riding on the kitty

RE: Mischief Makers

Treasure was the developer of the game, Enix was the company that distributed the game. This is because Treasure only makes games for other companies and doesn't release anything under their own name.
