I think that black line is a choker.

That's always been my assumption, too, a choker or a necklace. I'd guess it's silver rather than gold. I think silver would look better on her.

I like to think it's a necklace too. Chockers are those studded leashes goths wear arent they? I can't see Frankie wearing that kind of stuff.

She seemed to be wearing some necklace of the sorts during her date with Dylan, although no gems were seen so I could be wrong. I'd like to think "Frankie my dear" shows us that Frankie can turn mothballs into diamonds in a flash.

The fact she made such a drastic change with her clothes shows she's got more underneath then just the green sweater and purple skirt as always see her with. So I say I wouldn't be surprised if Frankie got glittered up really nice once.

I'm not saying glitzy dresses are HER image, just saying I think she could pull em off no sweat.

I have yet to find an outfit that looks bad on her Sim, though I don't bother with the really trashy ones. But yeah, she's looked great in the few outfits we've seen thus far, and I'm hoping to see a couple of new ones when the next season finally starts.
