Sounds like everyone made it home in one piece, that's great.
 Now we just need to officially hear from BBF. I hope all went well for him as well.  Yay, Kiwi sounds to be in good spirits and health. It's funny how our furry/feathered and even scaled family members can have their own little personalities. And we humans just don't feel complete without them. I always miss my cat when I have to leave him. If I make it next year, he will be staying with my mother. "Grandma" will take good care of him. But I'm sure I'll still want to check in now and then.
