![]() Personally, I'm a fan of jumping rope (it's easy enough for a five-year-old girl yet hardcore enough for heavyweight boxers), and I just found this short TV commercial on the CN Upfront site:
http://www.cartoonnetwork.com/promos/upfront/ You have to navigate through "Get Animated" first and then click on "Jump Rope". It features the Foster's main imaginary characters and real-life schoolchildren playing double-dutch (Bloo is singing rhymes, Coco lays an egg, Ed is being Ed, and Wilt getting tangled, since he's so tall). Sorry if this is old or mentioned here already, I did a superficial search and didn't find anything related.

![]() I think we may have had a thread on the old board, but that's it I believe.
The "Get Animated" tour hit my town a couple years ago and I meant to go but I ended up not being able to make it. ![]() ![]()

![]() Yeah, this is pretty cool. I remember doing "Jump-a-Thons" in elementary school, and we learned how to do a whole lot of cool tricks. They were fun to do, and fun to show off to friends, but now days at looking back at it, I think it would be awfully cheesy, worthy of mocking and poking fun at for the rest of all time.
![]() But jumping rope is indeed good exersise. Great cardiac work out, and great for the leg and even abdomenal muscles. I think it's excellent CN is promoting this! ![]()
