Wasn't "Wilson" the Imaginary Friend/companion of Tom Hanks' character in Castaway? I think that was the name of the movie, where Hanks put faces on coconuts and talked to them so he wouldn't forget how to talk, and he eventually started believing that "Wilson" was real.

They did a hilarious parody of that on the "Lilo and Stitch" tv series on Disney Channel, where Pleakley drew a face on a coconut and started talking to it after like, five minutes on this island that's actually not deserted at all.
