The games that are in the Arcade at the Mall. They give you 1 movie clip, room furniture, 1 song, tickets, 1 Best Friend photo and a 1 Buddy, per Game Level. Not all Game Levels will have each of those, but you'll only get 1 per level, except the furniture, which gives you a few. Each Game also has it's own room theme.

The games in the game room at Fosters will give you furniture, pics for your Albums, music and buddies. You'll get 1 music and 1 Buddy, but multiple furniture and pics. Check out each month's Update thread and that will tell you what you'll get for each Game and what scores you'll need to get all the collectibles.
