I can't really think of a theme song for a single character off the show, however, I think this song generally fits for everyone. I think it sums up how Mac feels about his Imaginary friends and vice versa:

Bendy gets "How Could This Happen To Me?" for a theme song. He acts like an emo, so why shouldn't he get an emo song?

It is called 'Untitled' by A Simple Plan and I think it would be prefect.

"Untitled" and "How Could This Happen To Me?" are the same exact song. It's just called "How Could This Happen To Me?" more often.
