The only way you can fill your up your bars is by doing chores (3 a day) and doing favors (1 a day). After 3 days your chores bar will be full and you can go on an adventure with Bloo. After you complete the adventure, your popularity bar will be full and you can unlock a game. This is the ONLY way you can accomplish these things, and you can ONLY do an adventure once every 3 days, if you play every day.

Be careful, though!! Make sure to occasionally have a friend help you with a chore or two. If you have all 4 circles filled with friends' faces, you will not be able to do a favor. Then, when you go to finish an adventure, you're popularity bar will not be full, thus making it so you can't unlock a game the same day as an adventure. It's not the end of the world, but it is nice to get them both done the same day.

There is a thread, I believe it's called Game Question or something like that, where a lot of these issues are already answered. Yeah, it was on page 4. You caught me in a good mood, not only did I answer your question that has been addressed lots of times, but I dug for the actual thread all your questions will be answered in.
