Mr. Herriman - In the office room next to the elevator on the 3rd floor.
Ms. Foster - The tea room. The room on the top of the dark corridor on the 3rd floor.
Wilt - The room on the bottom of the dark corridor on the 3rd floor. (The room with the fans)
Eduardo - On the 4th floor, as you enter the floor through the stairs the first door on the bottom. (The room with the hospital beds)
Frankie - On the 4th floor, in the cafeteria. (On the top of the floor)
Coco - The play room, on the 4th floor.
Mac - The middle class room on the 4th floor.

BTW The 5th floor has a "casting room", an office, a power generator, a maintance room, a toilet and some kind of a shop in the middle but its closed.

Bloo - 3rd Floor bedroom - when you get off the stairs, he's in the second bedroom on the bottom.

I just did the same trawl and I was surprised that there's no one anywhere but the 3rd and 4th floors, Well at least they're all close together.

I'm pretty sure the roller doors next to the kiosk will open on the next update and we'll probably see the auditorium from "Who Let The Dogs In?"
