Yup, lol! I would have to assume that is one of those sports newspapers he's got tucked under his stubby arm, as well, either that or a regular newspaper which is soon to be dissected and have its sports section surgically removed...nearly every guy I've ever known does that to every newspaper they can get their hands on, and I doubt the Wilt-Man would be an exception!
