The LOST idea could make a nice spoof:
Coco's creator could be a girl that was in a plane accident. that would explain... 1. Coco's hair being a palm tree. If she crashed on an exotic Island 2. Her body being a plane, but Coco isn't able to fly(see "Camp keep a good Mac down) 3.Coco being afraid of airplanes("Foster's goes to Europe") I even tought of a name: "Lucianna"(pun on Lost's Anna-Lucia)
